Q. What are the benefits of a personal wellness program?
A. Daybreak Personal Wellness programs come before personal training and focus on three critical areas: Lifestyle, Diet & Nutrition, and Exercise & Activity. All three are needed to create a balanced approach to health and fitness. If your diet is terrible, it will negatively affect your exercise. If you eat right, but maintain a sedentary lifestyle, you'll be subject to a multitude of potential health problems. Finally, your lifestyle will have a tremendous impact on your overall health and happiness. Utilizing our comprehensive Lifestyle, Diet & Nutrition, and Exercise & Activity questionnaire, you'll receive a balanced "whole life" Assessments and Recommendations report and this, along with your one-on-one consultation, will help you either begin, or continue along, your health and wellness journey. We empower you to independently reach your goals, without having to depend on a personal trainer three times a week for months on end. Daybreak Personal Wellness comes before personal training - saving you time and money!
 

Q. Why Daybreak Personal Wellness?
A. Daybreak Personal Wellness differentiates itself in a number of ways. First, our corporate wellness side offers affordable "introductory" wellness programs tailored to each employee's needs. We don't offer a one-size-fits-all approach. Second, our corporate programs provide employees with personalized assessments and recommendations, either face-to-face or virtually, giving them tangible and actionable feedback that can be applied for immediate results. 
We take this same approach for our Personal Wellness program. It is tailored to the individual; to you. It's our specialty. We felt individuals shouldn't have to depend on their employers to get started on their health and wellness journey. So, we developed the Personal Wellness Program, which comes before personal training, and made it affordable and accessible. 

Q. I see you offer a virtual personal wellness program. So, why should I bother with in-person?
A. Daybreak Personal Wellness does offer virtual (phone, Facetime, and Zoom) ) programs for individuals who feel it would be the best fit for their schedule. However, our Personal Wellness program is personalized to the individual, so, meeting face-to-face adds a personal touch that many feel makes for a more authentic experience. Talking directly with a professional who knows your circumstances and can offer sincere and data-driven recommendations is an invaluable piece of all of the programs we offer. Nothing beats that in-person, personal touch.

Q. If in-person, face-to-face contact is so valuable, why choose the remote option?
A. Daybreak Personal Wellness, regardless of whether we are meeting with you in person or virtually, provides you with a personalized assessments and recommendations report. Some people may feel more comfortable discussing their personalized report, with easy-to-understand and easy to implement recommendations, remotely. You may have limited questions or you may simply feel more comfortable alone in your own home talking remotely. And Covid-19 certainly doesn't help matters! For some, the remote option (which costs a bit less) is the best, most convenient, option for them.
